This is a very interesting post Myron, and Congratulations on the purchase of your new home. I am also interested in purchasing my first home as well; unfortunately, my credit is not that great. What tips can you offer to help me; or what direction do I need to take in order for me to begin the journey of purchasing my own home. I also must state that I am married; does being married have any connections with both me and my husband in regards to us purchasing our first home?
